Dream
My love affair with cameras started early - I mean riding-bicycles-around-the-neighborhood, snapping-photos-with-disposable cameras early. I was enchanted by the idea of preserving a moment forever, reliving the charm and emotions of each moment as if each snapshot was a time machine.
So like any kid with a cool hobby, I pursued it - and pursued it and pursued it and pursued it. Before I knew it, I had graduated from the Art Institute of Austin with a B.F.A. in photography and was working my way around the Austin portrait photography scene. I learned a thing or two about the “real world” of photography: how to edit like a pro, how to pose in a way that didn’t feel stiff or weird, and - most importantly - how to make your subjects feel so relaxed, so authentic, it’s like you’re not even there.
And after years and years of meticulous work and honing my craft, I set out on my own. Wild Rose Photo Studio began in 2016, and I haven’t looked back since.
To me, being a photographer is living the dream - and I’m honored to help capture yours.

You won’t find any cookie-cutter, awkwardly posed wedding photos here. I’m all about preserving real people in real moments. My style embraces both natural elements and bright, airy 90s nostalgia for that candid, daring-yet-natural aesthetic that feels both authentic and timeless.
I like bright, bold colors - you know, the ones that make a statement. And when you’re in front of the lens, that statement is you.
My photography style is designed to enhance what makes you you, bringing out your natural smile and movements in a way that isn’t forced or weird.
She is easy to work with and really knows what she is doing. My husband and I are typically uncomfortable when doing photo shoots and feel awkward and we didn't feel any of that with her.
